Tour our studios to get a first-hand look at The Village School’s self-directed learning environment. This learner-led tour is followed by a Q&A with Head of Learning, Dr. Elizabeth Dean and Head of Admissions & Development, Maria Vogelei.

A TVS Exhibition of Learning is an opportunity for our village of guides and families to sit beside learners and understand their experience in order to help them grow and help us design the kind of learning environment and experiences that will continue to help them thrive. TVS partners with traditional, public, and private school leaders to build, transition, or enhance their learning environments to promote self directed learning. We host events and advise on learner-led programs, student-led assessments, mastery based education, project-based learning, and student exhibitions. There are several ways to partner with us:
THE CREATIVE EDUCATORS COLLECTIVE
Join a community of educators reimagining education. We host events that give you an opportunity to see The Village School learner-centered model in real-time and connect with other like-minded educators. Join us for learner-led exhibitions, in-school tours and panel discussions, and peer networking events.
Customized, one-hour deep dive led by our team to explore your group’s topic of choice. Example: Are you interested in facilitating student-led conferences? Spend an hour with our team to learn the basics and plan your next steps.

We offer short, project-focused advisory services if you need support in developing and implementing a specific learner-centered initiative.
If you are launching a larger, longer-term learner-centered initiative. Whether you’re opening a school, launching an interdisciplinary learning program, or designing a student-led assessment system, we offer a regular cadence of advisory services throughout the stages of your project: from planning to design to implementation.
