Noel grew up in Maryland and has always been passionate about working with young people. She studied German language at Bowling Green State University, and after graduating, explored a range of creative and educational roles, from teaching jewelry making and glass techniques, to working as an Office Manager and Production Assistant for a lighting artist. She also spent time teaching English in South Korea.

Through her experiences in both the arts and education, Noel developed a strong belief in learning through creativity, hands-on exploration, and meaningful project-based work. In 2026, she participated in the Smithsonian Democracy in Dialogue Virtual Exchange, an initiative that brings learners together from across the country to engage in thoughtful conversations about identity, civic life, and the American experience.

In her free time, Noel enjoys being outdoors, hiking, reading, cooking, and embroidery.
