Kay and Bridget attended the inaugural Empower Conference in Washington DC.
Abby & Chloe visited The Forrest School in Atlanta, Georgia for some self-directed learning inspiration.
Aaryn & Bridget submitted a proposal, were accepted, and presented a workshop on playtime for middle schoolers at the Full Scale Education Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA!
3 Middle Schoolers (Kalani, John, Colin) featured on the What School Could Be Podcast to discuss AI school policy
5 Middle Schoolers (Maggie, Caroline, Gemma, Tabitha, Charlotte) submitted proposals, were accepted, and presented at an International Alternative Education Organization Conference
TVS is included in the Tomorrow Schools publication by Harvard Graduate School of Education students who visited TVS and concluded it’s one of the most innovative schools in the country.
Aaryn & Bridget presented a workshop on playtime for middle schoolers at the Deeper Learning Conference in San Diego, CA (for the second year in a row!) and attended the conference alongside Caroline, Noel, Abby, & Chloe.
Lauren Coyle completed a year-long leadership cohort through the Institute for Playful Learning.
